Our business model uses an industry-leading new injury identification matrix allowing us to generate new injury eligibility data, process first scripts against client specific formulary, provide new injury edits, create and distribute an electronic First Report of Injury (eFROI), and automatically submit an electronic request for eligibility verification to the master claims system.
