A company recently inquired with DirectCompRx because they needed a better solution regarding their workers' compensation pharmacy program. We performed an analysis based on a random sampling of pharmacy fee bills they sent DirectCompRx. Our analysis and review of this company's program identified the following:

- 21 scripts were mail order candidates
- 14 scripts missed the 1st prescription fill capture
- 7 scripts did not use a brand to generic substitution
- 3 scripts have a new AWP price
- Multiple claims fell outside our customizable workers' compensation formulary list
